Our Journal

As 2022 draws to a close our Te Arai Wellness Collective is the best it’s ever been, we have evolved, and we have also stayed true to our core values. As we settled into our mobile business after all the ups and downs of COVID, our new treatments became a highlight for us. It will be exciting to see where 2023 takes us. It feels as if anything is possible!

To our clients and partners, we are especially grateful for the role you have in our lives and the impact you have made on us this year. Wishing you all happiness and health now and always.

This photograph taken at home shows the sun rising over the ocean at Te Arai, and for us as a symbol, the sun over the water at dawn represents mindfulness every day, a new start, power and grace, and a new opportunity.
